• Should conditions arise that the trip would have to be postponed or cancelled, traveler with travel/trip cancellation insurance (documented proof required to be submitted prior to departure) will receive a full refund of their deposit.
• All activities deviating from the official TAM Ventures EcoTours itinerary, organized group, secure hotel premises and route, for personal, social or any other activity, are taken at the traveler’s risk and expense. You undertake such activities, fully cognizant that you are personally responsible and liable for your own physical health and safety. TAM Ventures EcoTours further bears no liability for any delays, expenses or risks travelers may be subject to, as a result of deviating from official TAM Ventures EcoTours itinerary, organized group and secure premises and route.
